Even though the numbers were down, we should still be proud of the donations
that were made under a difficult economy. A special THANKS to ALL Letter Carriers who helped make this possible by giving
your all to make this a success for those truly in need.
Branch 193 achieved another first when Retiree Francis
Hanley’s granddaughter
Elizabeth Aldridge was selected to receive the California State
Association’s
Saxsenmeier Scholarship. Elizabeth was the first grandchild selected
to receive
this honor. Elizabeth is an outstanding student who finished high
school with
a GPA of 4.268 to rank fifth in her class of 564 at Watsonville High
School
last year. Elizabeth is attending University of California at Berkeley
this fall.
Congratulations, Elizabeth!
Our Annual
Branch 193 Family Christmas Dinner was another success!
Everyone enjoyed the company of family,
friends and Santa Claus
SEND THE BRANCH SOME STATION PHOTOS! MAYBE THEY'LL BE HERE NEXT MONTH!
